Still going strong as ever are the ever so popular 70’s style button front denim skirts. This A-line skirt has the perfect flare and details to compliment every body type which makes this skirt so universal and loved by so many of us. The button down skirt is probably something that will become as an essential in the world of fashion (same goes with bomber jackets). The button down trend started out with being mainly suede finish but has branched out since then to denim and more recently to patched denim. The last one is one of my favorite styles out of all of them.

Denim

Denim just screams relaxed style and it is so easy to work with. Pretty much everything goes. Pairing the fitting waist bottom with a slightly over sized button-up top gives it a nice slouchy look. And by adding other denim pieces like a jacket or a shirt, it will become be extremely fashionable. However for a more feminine style and more put together type of look, body suits are a perfect solution.

The look

This red low back peplum sleeve top is a perfect example. Red is just the perfect complimentary color for the true blue denim. Peplum sleeve detailing is a perfect way to add some funk and flare to your outfit and bring in the popular summer frill trend. To finish off and tie the entire look together pop on some classic red pumps. Kitten heels and lower block heel shoes are a must have for this summer as they are fashionable and comfortable at the same time. To elongate your legs go for the pointier nose heels, as they make your legs go on for days.
