This summer has been all about the 70’s. We have seen fringe, flares, suede, lace, and button down denim, off the shoulder tops, well the list goes on and on. I’m guessing everyone has seen off the shoulder tops everywhere in the clothing stores over this summer. Surprisingly I have not a single off the shoulder top in my closet. Maybe it’s time to get one? We all know how sexy bare shoulders can look and who wouldn’t want to feel sexy…roarrr. But before I decide on which one to get, I’m going to play a little dress-up game with all of you. Do you remember those cut out images with changeable clothes? Well if not, then here is a demonstration of one I made! I decided to “try on” few of Rosegal.com off the shoulder tops. But because trying on just few tops is not that exciting I went all out, worked for days, and created 3 full looks instead.
For my first look I chose this beautiful delicate off the shoulder white ruffle top (here) with buttons on the front and paired it with these amazing high waisted lace flares (here). For the jacket (here) I went with something fringe, that would complement the 70’s trend. To match the jacket those fringe accent sandals (here) were perfect. With the bag I wanted to be more gentle and chose for this cute tassel draw string bag (here) with weaving details. And lastly, as I’m a huge sucker for sunglasses, I picked out those awesome round sunnies (here).
For my second look I kept the top, but lost the pants, and added this floor length button down denim skirt (here) – how cool does this look?! For the shoes (here) I went full on gladiator mode. To make the look just a tiny bit softer and girlier I found this absolutely gorgeous dusky pink suede jacket (here) and accessorized with the pink rucksack (here).
For my last look I picked out another white off the shoulder top (here) with draw string neckline and pompom detailing on the sleeves. Of course no look is complete with some fringe and therefore this super crazy suede multi layered fringe skirt (here) happened. OOPS! And why not go for the gladiator sandals (here) again (this time in tan)? To finish off the look I throw into the mix this cute white satchel (here).
